Aube provides intellectual property research and analytics services, including but not limited to:

• Prior art searches
• Patent landscape analysis
• Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) research
• Infringement analysis
• Claim chart preparation
• Patent portfolio analysis
• Custom research and consulting
• Digital research reports

All services are provided on a project basis or as digital products.

2. No Legal Advice

Aube is an independent research and analytics firm and is not a law firm.

Our reports, analyses, and research are provided for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or attorney-client services. Users should seek advice from a qualified patent attorney or legal professional before making legal or business decisions.

3. Orders & Payments

Payments for digital reports are securely processed through Gumroad.

For consulting services, payment terms will be communicated before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes
• Consulting fees become non-refundable once work has commenced
• Digital report purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law

4. Digital Products

Reports purchased through Gumroad are licensed for personal or internal business use unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell reports
• Publish reports without permission
• Modify and sell our work
• Remove copyright or attribution notices

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All website content, branding, graphics, reports, templates, and research methodologies remain the intellectual property of Aube
• Custom deliverables prepared specifically for a client may be assigned or licensed according to the project agreement after full payment

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project materials as confidential.

We will not disclose confidential information except:

• with your permission
• when required by law
• when necessary to provide agreed services through trusted service providers

We are also happy to execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing an engagement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Copy or misuse our intellectual property

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use trusted third-party providers including:

• Formspree for contact form submissions
